This headband is based on EIT (electrical impedance computed tomography) technology and impedance encephalography technology. Different tissues in the human body have different electrical conductivities. Experiments have shown that the electrical conductivity of various tissues in the human body varies with changes in health status, therefore some physiological and pathological changes can cause changes in electrical conductivity. This headband injects safe current into the human body through eight electrodes, measures the corresponding surface potential information, analyzes the distribution or changes of internal resistivity in the human body, and determines the user's brain health status by analyzing the brain impedance value and brain blood flow waveform.
Bioelectrical impedance detection technology is based on the basic principle that the human body is a large bioelectric conductor, and each tissue has a certain impedance. When a local tissue in the human body undergoes a lesion, the impedance of that part is inevitably different from other parts. Therefore, impedance detection can be used to diagnose tissue lesions in the human body. By injecting known voltage into specific parts of the human body to measure the current caused on the body surface, or injecting known current to measure the voltage caused on the body surface, using the measured current or voltage values, according to a certain reconstruction algorithm, the impedance of various tissues inside the human body under the action of an electric field is calculated.
The product applied to brain impedance detection is used to determine the cerebrovascular health status of the human body by analyzing the impedance changes caused by changes in brain tissue and the symmetry coefficient of left and right brain impedance.
Brain impedance blood flow imaging technology is based on the principle that various body fluids have different conductivities and blood has the best conductivity. A weak low-frequency current is applied between two parts of the head. According to Ohm's law and the principle of volumetric conductivity, the current or voltage changes between the two detection electrodes can be observed to understand the instantaneous changes in blood fluid dynamics within the electric field range of the detection site. Every beat of the heart causes a change in the volume of blood vessels in the brain, leading to a regular change in electrical impedance. A time-dependent function curve waveform is plotted for this change, which is closely related to cardiac activity (inflow) and vascular elasticity. It is influenced by peripheral resistance (diameter of small and medium-sized arteries and arterioles) and blood viscosity (fluid properties), and can reflect changes in vascular tension and elasticity. Different people have different waveforms and waveform indicators due to their varying cerebrovascular health status. By comparing with normal waveforms and waveform indicators, the user's cerebrovascular health status can be determined.

Under normal circumstances, the difference between the age of human blood vessels and actual age should not exceed 5 years. If the difference is greater than 5 years old, it indicates that the cerebral blood vessels are in a sub healthy state and need to be taken care of in daily life.
